Blood Pressure Screening Clinics - Held at these locations
- 1st Thursday and 3rd Thursday- Council on Aging
- 2nd Thursday - West Stoughton Village
- 3rd Thursday - Rose Forte
THESE CLINICS RUN FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE
BLOOD PRESSURE CLINICS in JULY AND AUGUST are HELD ON THE SECOND FLOOR IN TOWN HALL 4-5pm in the NURSES OFFICE "CONVERSE WITH NURSE" held every Thursday 4-6pm in our office please come by introduce yourself and meet our nurses.
